Just Announced

The Academy Museum has announced their fall screening series and there are some amazing Queer events. Check out a special screening of 1989 Oscar Winner Common Threads: Stories from the Quilt with filmmakers Jeffrey Friedman and Rob Epstein (The Celluloid Closet, Paragraph 175).
Also screening are Luchino Visconti's four-hour epic Ludwig, about the mad gay Bavarian king, Karyn Kusama in person for Jennifer's Body, Querelle, and the already sold-out Mysterious Skin restoration premiere and 50th anniversary celebration of The Rocky Horror Picture Show (get there early for a chance at the standby line!).
