A group of gay friends try to live with dignity and self-respect while events build to the opening battle in the major gay rights movement.
This exuberant film from the director of The Lost Language of Cranes is a fictionalized account of Martin Duberman's Stonewall and centers on the tale of a gay country boy who arrives in New York City by Greyhound in the summer of 1969, only a few weeks before the riots that would change the gay world forever.
